About Sean

Sean has over 25 years of broad-based business experience in sales, marketing, general management, customer relations, and e-commerce. He is a versatile communicator with expertise leading sales teams as well as diverse service teams in pursuit of business process improvement, business/technology integration, team development, and leadership development. Sean is a respected and results oriented professional who has focused on a coaching style of management since 1985. He worked with Executive Mentoring & Coaching, Inc. from 1998-2006 prior to launching his own Executive Coaching & Consulting practice.
